《胡笳十八拍》（第十二节）

東風應律兮暖氣多，
漢家天子兮布陽和。
羌胡蹈舞兮共謳歌，
兩國交歡兮罷兵戈。
忽遇漢使兮稱近詔，
遺千金兮贖妾身。
喜得生還兮逢聖君，
嗟別稚子兮會無因。
十有二拍兮哀樂均，
去住兩情兮難具陳。

The warm east wind rose with the melody;
The Han emperor decreed th’ harmony.
At which all ethnics came to rejoice,
O both nations celebrating this choice.
The Han envoy turned up with gold one day,
Bailing me out he was here to assay.
Tho’a great prince rescued me, I’m so glad,
My twain sons and I parted, oh so sad.
Oh with my grief my joy this twelfth song did share,
To stay or not, to whom I’d my pain bare?
