我晃动起易碎的黄油杯
半透明的光线充斥其内
像是浊黄的茶垢
沉积于那蓝色的茶碟上
陈旧中一一开裂.
你的眼睛映照着
一座萧条的花园,
两棵孤寂的苏格兰松树,
两根瘦骨伶仃的拐棍
你的躯体满布针孔
一瓶瓶胰岛素来把生命支撑
我撑扶你凹陷的面庞--
粉红退尽
皱纹满目;
我们一起品啜向日葵花的果汁
像蜂鸟一样,
在休养所安静的小屋,
迎接着大自然清新的花香

I cradle fragile buttercup
filled with translucent rays
light pouring like yellow tea stains
onto your blue saucer
cracked from wear
your eyes reflecting
palliative garden
two lone Scotch pines,
leaning crutches
of brittle bones,
your limbs punctured
with needles
bottled insulin
sustaining your life
I cradle your sunken face
pink faded bloom
landscape of wrinkles
and together we sip
sun's flower juice
like hummingbirds
at cottage retreat
welcoming fresh floral scent
of nature's oxygen tent
