1.Open Paint
2.then go to Image
3.Then go to Stretch and skew
4.reduce the size by Horizontal ( ? )% and Vertical ( ? )%

Thank you Lucy, I just figured out. I used the software from the camera.
and I will try your way too.
Yours looks simpler
