今年太迷网球了，刻苦学习练习之余，还观看了许多网球教学视频和文字。现在来分享一些吧。

现代ATP正拍，是专业选手的必备，业余选手的顶配 — 绝大多数网球爱好者使用简单易学的平击，对ATP正拍闻所未闻，像我过去20年那样。

我现在在苦练这个，可谓初步入门。专业选手如视频所示，其手腕可以反向弯曲到变态的90度，我这把老骨头只能做到4，50度，就挺满意了。:laugh::laugh:

单手反拍简称单反（不是照相机的那个单反）被认为是最为潇洒帅气的击球动作。我也是今年才开始学习，现已初具规模，当然还需要反复打磨。感觉比ATP正拍容易些。
