These three steps were exactly what I was trying to follow. But I just couldn't do the second step:
Right click mouse on the picture > Properties > Address (URL)
In my case, the right click did not give me " picture > Properties > Address ". I use Mac OS X, does it matter?

I know little about apple. There must be a way to find the path of web pictures under MAC environment. Refer to a manual or google the web please.

如果你把照片存在个人网页，你可以去你的网页，点击照片，拷贝那张照片的网址，
把网址贴到你要插图的地方，然后，在照片网址前后加[img]符号。
你知道尾部的符号 [ 和 i 中间要加 / 。你试试这方法。
