I am "bugged" by the beauty of this small poem and would venture to render it into English. Forgive me, if I have touched its purity and simplicity.
Love
Sun

Memory
Always I envision
To meet you again after years
In this beloved city of yours
In the room with a view
And that grand river, in Autumn
Floats over all docks and ports
years and days, then
through the window, it flows in
Your hair would have grown white
With reed along the banks
Under the Sun
And dumbly would I gaze at you
then say
You have aged
From the time we parted
Chilly is this February
of some year or other
Me, on a street in the North
Witnessing a sad peony
passed away
